  8.     Zeros returns a matrix with all zero elements. If the
  9.     arguments are two scalars, then zeros returns a matrix with
  10.     dimensions S1xS2.

  12.     If the argument is a MATRIX, then zeros returns a matrix with
  13.     dimensions m[1] by m[2].
